JLU combines a variety of Law, Economics, Humanities and Social Science with research in Natural and Life Sciences that is unique in Germany. Within CLINT, JLU is bringing expertise on paleoclimatology, the hydrological cycle, climate dynamics, weather and climate extremes from the past to the future, climate/model data comparison, assessment of uncertainties, bias correction, statistical and dynamical downscaling, climate impacts on economy and society.
